Autoclavable virgin polypropylene PCR tubes with attached cap for use with thermal cyclers. Extra thin wall design is almost transparent for better viewing of contents and ensures rapid thermal transfer. This ensures a significant reduction in cycle and PCR reaction time. 0.5mL size tubes have a frosted cap surface that is flat and used for sample inscription for easy identification purposes. Tubes are autoclavable at 121° C, 15 PSI for 15 minutes -- Remove tubes from autoclave immediately.
