SATWIPES® Cleaning System

Contec's new SATWIPES® system offers customers another method of dispensing and using saturated wipes. SATWIPES® consist of a roll of 100 6x9 saturated wipers which are dispensed through a center-pull cannister. SATWIPES® offer many of the same features and benefits of the PROSAT® cleaning system at a reduced cost to the customer. These include effective cleaning, reduced solvent consumption and increased safety in the workplace. SATWIPES® are available in two different nonwoven wiper fabrics, the C1 and C3. The C-1 wiper is a nonwoven polyester and cellulosic blend which is strong and low in extractables. For use in non-critical applications. The C-3 wiper is made using 100% polyester non-woven fabric, making it a cleaner wiper for more critical applications. Custom Solvent Capabilities are available with these wipers. A wide range of solvents is available for customers to choose from, including 100% 2-propanol blended with various percentages of deionized water, denatured alcohol, acetone blended with deionized water, n-heptane, benzalkonium chloride, bleach and other disinfectants. Irradiated, sterile wipers are also available. MSDS Sheets are available. Specify solvent(s) and solution(s) prior to ordering. 100 Sheets/Roll. System is shipped with one dispenser and 12 rolls of presaturated wipes per case.
