1500°C General Purpose Tube Furnaces with integral control designed for a range of applications which require processing flexibility with fast heat-up and recovery. Silicon carbide heating elements and Type "R" thermocouple combine to maintain temperature stability at 1500°C. Energy efficient Moldatherm® insulation increases temperature uniformity which improves energy efficiency and helps to maintain low exterior cabinet temperatures during operation. Accommodates 1", 2" and 3" O.D. process tubes (customer supplied). Two types of controllers are available: Digital Single Program, multiple segment programmable controller; Digital Multiple Program, multiple segment programmable controller. Overtemperature Control (OTC) is installed on certain models. RS485 Digital communications port available as an option. Allows controller to be connected to a PC for remote monitoring and control of the furnace. Up to 30 units can be connected to one PC. All models are 208/240V. Shipping weight: 270 Lbs.
